Your massage session can include a number of techniques to address your body's needs:
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot/Cold Stone, Pressure Point, and Stretching to provide muscle relaxation/release and increase range of motion.
Session Length Expectations:
45 min - work on one issue and surrounding area
60 min - one issue and a full body treatment or up to two issues with some areas left untreated
75 min - up to two issues and full body treatment
90 min - up to three issues and full body treatment
